Charlotte Office Hours
During the holiday season, the Charlotte office will be closed for a few days. This closure affects the Sales and Account Management, Solutions and Implementation teams, and the Marketing and Accounting departments.
We will be closed for Thanksgiving from noon on Wednesday, November 23rd through Sunday, November 27th, 2017.
Our office will also be closed for Christmas and the New Year Holiday from Friday, December 23rd through Monday, January 2nd, 2017. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017.
Support is available over the holiday season by phone at 800-959-1261, by email, or through the support portal.
For customers with 24/5 support agreements, support is closed on 12/26, 12/27, and 1/2. Service credits can be used for P1 cases should assistance be required.
Over the Holidays support is always available for P1 cases to customers who have 24/7 support agreements.
